Summary of Book

A charming follow-up to the classic multicultural picture book, Through my Window. The other book in this series featuring Jo, a little girl from a mixed race family, is In a Minute. With sweet, cheerful illustrations and simple text, this book is suitable for the youngest child. By a popular and respected author/illustrator team. Tony Bradman is a highly regarded author and anthology editor, and Eileen Browne is the author of the acclaimed Handa's Surprise.


Author / Illustrator Biography

Tony Bradman has written more than 50 books for children. Well-known as a children's book reviewer for Parents magazine, he also founded the Best Book for Babies Award. His books for Frances Lincoln are Has Anyone Seen Jack?, Look Out He's Behind You, Through my Window, and he edited the story anthologies Give Me Shelter and Under the Weather. He lives in Kent, U.K.

Eileen Browne worked as a school teacher and youth worker before becoming an author and illustrator. Her best known books are Handa's Surprise, Handa's Hen, and No Problem. Handa's Surprise and No Problem were both shortlisted for awards. Her other book for Frances Lincoln is Through my Window. She lives in Wiltshire, U.K.
